Nature of Services

Intuitive readings, mediumship sessions, and ongoing consulting services provided by Analee Ward are offered at the client's request. These services are intended for personal growth, spiritual exploration, and general guidance.

Analee Ward does not diagnose mental health disorders or medical conditions, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical or mental health professional. Intuitive readings and consulting sessions are complementary to — and entirely separate from — licensed medical or therapeutic services. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical or health condition.

Nothing shared in a session should be relied upon as a substitute for advice or treatment from a licensed professional, including but not limited to a physician, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, lawyer, or financial adviser.

Intuitive readings and ongoing consulting sessions are not psychotherapy and are not a replacement for psychotherapy or any other licensed mental health service.

Client Responsibility

By booking a session, you assume sole responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing, and for any actions taken as a result of information received during a session. Any decisions made based on guidance provided are entirely your own responsibility.

Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential. Confidentiality may only be broken if there is immediate risk of harm to yourself or others.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Unless there is a documented last-minute emergency, appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be considered a missed appointment and charged in full.

Sessions are non-refundable once a reading has been completed.

Ongoing consulting packages are non-refundable. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be deducted from the total sessions in the package.

Analee Ward makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any information provided during a session, or that sessions will meet your specific requirements.

In no event shall Analee Ward be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of her services. Liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the amount of fees paid for the session or package giving rise to such claim.
